Aventura Marketing Council’s Real Estate Committee announces May’s meeting topic

The Real Estate Committee of the Aventura Marketing Council just announced the topics and dates for the next three meetings. The next session will be in May 3rd at 8.30 am where distinguished members of the real estate industry including realtors, brokers, attorneys, property managers, developers and lenders will gather to learn about key aspects in dealing with international clients. This includes EB5 visas, money transfer issues, annonimity, legal entities and tax ramifications. In order to be eligible to participate you or your company must be a member of the council and you must be in the real estate field. There will be exchange of information on listings and continental breakfast will be served. Foreign buyers are fueling the industry and we all need to know the intricacies of working with them. If you want to survive in this competitive market, you cannot and should not afford to miss this information.
