I’m a Real Estate Broker for more than 15 years, a Psychotherapist and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. As Director of Operations at Decorus Realty I now combine these three fields to do something I love so much it doesn’t feel like work: provide agents with the tools they need to succeed. I believe the term “luxury” applies first and most to the level of service we provide, and only then to the properties we sell.
I worked for Amtrust Bank in the Construction Lending Department and have a vast experience in business and negotiation acquired during more than two decades of active involvement in the business world.
I was also Director of Sales for some well-known developers in Miami forming, training and supervising the sales teams for each project and designing the marketing campaign and P.R., coordinating events, seminars, and exhibitions. Among the last projects where I directed the sales the highlight is One Aventura Executive Building, a 10 story 110,000 ft luxury office condo building. I was in charge of introducing this new concept in the area, achieving a time record in sales, selling 70% of the building within the first few months and continuing at a steady pace in spite of a changing market.
