Patricia Rotsztain, Governor of the Commercial Board of the Miami Association of Realtors, is one of the earliest Argentinian brokers in Miami, with 20 years in the market. Together with Tomas Sulichin, her son and partner, they have already sold over $13,000,000 in the first half of 2015 including AutoNation’s Honda dealership property. “Most people know us for our work in the office market but we do a lot of retail, multifamily and land”, says Tomas. When asked if they have a geographical area they specialize in, Patricia said “commercial real estate has no area, we go where the numbers work. Any city or area where there is an imminent change of zoning, important development coming, or some reason to foresee appreciation in the short term is our area”. “We also like the immediate surroundings of high demand areas, right outside Wynwood and Design District, Brickell, etc., because it is a safe projection to count on growth eventually enveloping the pockets in between”.
