I'm a Real Estate Broker for more than 15 years, a Psychotherapist and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. As Director of Operations at Decorus Realty I combine these three fields to do something I love so much it doesn't feel like work: provide agents with the tools they need to succeed and give our clients a "luxury real estate experience".

What attracted me from Decorus Realty is the company's culture of striving for excellence, caring for its agents and clients and becoming a model of leadership in this blossoming of the luxury real estate market. I believe that the term "luxury" must refer first and most to the level of service we provide. My goal is to contribute to the continuous growth of the company and of each individual agent for the highest good of everyone involved.
